Hi, there! My name’s Troy. I was at animal control in South Carolina and slated to be put down when a photo of me made its way to the big-hearted people here at JRT rescue. Unfortunately, I have this thing called heartworm, which they have been treating me for since my arrival. Prognosis is great, though. I don’t show any signs of sickness. In fact, it’s pretty hard to slow me down!
I’m a young boy, only a year or two. I like other dogs (even though I yell at the a lot) and I love people, but I am capable of climbing and catching some really big air, so please make sure you have a BIG fence to hold me in while we get to know one another. Otherwise, I am a silly, playful and incredibly intelligent boy who loves to have fun. How about you?
