So, off we went to a Dacula GA breeder. Did I know anything about smooth coat, rough coat? Temperament? Of course not. It happened we bought a smooth coat 5 lb. ball of energy. I prayed daily that she would take a nap. Then, when she was nearly a year old and my husband was in the final stages of his illness, he said, "We need to find a home for Millie." I said, "Fine. Who is our worst enemy?" I said that to be funny but also because I knew that I wasn't going to give up that little destructive tornado and that when he was gone, she and I were going to be best friends. That's how it was for 13 wonderful years. My Millie. We will, of course, make sure, one way or another, the dogs who need to stay indoors are not stuck lying on them without options, but the best way to do that is these fabulous beds. You helped us purchase 20 in the winter. They are now in the outdoor kennels and the dogs have been loving them.
